Solutions: How to Enable a Disabled User

1.) Log into the  GDEL- App on a manager's computer. Once you're in the Remote Desktop session, click on the Solutions POS icon on the left and log in with your credentials

 

 

2.) Once you're logged in, go to  >  and then click on the employee that is disabled.

 

3.) Locate the 'Disabled' box on the right, and make sure the checkmark is NOT present by clicking on it. Once you do that, click the Save button on the right.
