1.) First, pull the green tabs on the side of the printer towards you to open the shell

2.) Next, push the green roll holder to the side to release the roll.

3.) Now, take the old roll out of the printer. Replace it with your new roll. 

4.) Make sure you clean the thermal head and scanner. Make sure to click this article for the cleaning procedure

5.) Unwind at least 2 labels/tags past the roller. Close the shell and press down until you hear a click. The light next to the feed button will also blink green.

6.) Press the feed button to make sure the printer works. The printer should automatically recalibrate once you enter new media.
