Solutions: How to Change a User's Security Code

1) Access the GDEL - App from a manager computer and open Solutions POS 

 

2) Log in with your Solutions credentials

 

3) Go to  >  and click on the user's name you'd like to view.

 

4.) On the right, you'll see a field for Security Level. If a user is a Production Associate, they are 25; if a user is a CSA, they are 50. Type the correct security level in that field according to their position.

 

5.) Once you're finished, click Save:

 

Before having that user log in, please make sure to exit out of Solutions and reenter so their credentials are synced
