The Solutions DGR Donation Kiosk application is a way for donation attendants to log donations easily into Power BI using an installed Android Tablet.

With this new system, donation attendants do not need to use paper and clipboards and managers do not need to log total donation counts into the Donation Counts forms every night. Because this information flows straight into Power BI, management can track donation counts by the hour in real-time.

Below is an overview of the home page of the donation kiosk:

PLEASE NOTE: These are the current options as of 09/25/2024. In the future, more options (like emailing receipts and printing receipts) will be added.

Once a donation attendant receives a donation, they will press the 'NO RECEIPT' button to add a donation to the daily count. If a customer would like a receipt, donation attendants will still press 'NO RECEIPT' and give the customer a hand written receipt as usual.

These reports operate like the current retail Power BI reports: if the report reads Current Day Dynamic, the report refreshes every 2-3 minutes. For all other reports, you can click on the Date updated button on the top left to view when the report was last updated:
