If you notice lines or smudge marks on your labels/tags, or if the labels/tags will not print or print blank, you may need to clean the print head and scanner

To do this, grab a thermal printer cleaning pen (if your store does not have this, please ask the Help Desk for one)

Open the printer by pulling back on the 2 purple tabs on the side of the printer. Using your pen, clean the top thermal head and the bottom scanner:

Once you're finished, close the printer tight.
