Microsoft Teams: How to Use One Link for Multiple Meetings

If you have virtual meetings that you would like to schedule using the same link and meeting information, follow the instructions below.


 

1) Select the day of the first meeting in your series

 

2) Create the meeting and generate the Microsoft Teams meeting information

 

 

3) Once you create the meeting, open the calendar meeting info and copy the Microsoft Teams information:

 

 

4) Exit the meeting. Go to the second meeting in your series.

 

5) Paste the previous meeting information into the body of the meeting information. Make sure to create this meeting as a Microsoft Teams meeting as well. Once your finished, press Send to create the meeting:

 

6) Continue to do this with the rest of the meetings in your series. Each meeting will use the same code and will contain the same meeting link to join.
