As of 2022, Goodwill of DE and DE County is switching their ticket system from Ready Desk to Happy Fox. This guide will explain how to submit a ticket request through Outlook.    

1. Enter your Outlook email and create a new email.

2. In the 'To' field, add the Goodwill DE Happyfox email: [email protected]

3. In the subject, create what you would like your ticket to be about.

4. In the message pane, briefly describe your issue or request. Make sure to be as specific as possible

5. Press the send button when you are ready.
