Method 1

In the bottom right hand corner of your PC (Taskbar Notification Area)

Mouse over the blue eye and it will tell you the IP address in the pop-up

Method 2

Run command Prompt(windows key+R)

CMD

ipconfig /all

Method 3 

Open Network & internet settings

Properties

It will tell you the IP and the Connection Link speed
