print icon

When you cannot access the network drives, or IT cannot remote into your system, you may need to turn on your network discovery.

1. Click on the File Explorer on your taskbar.

2. In the File Explorer Window, Press Network

3. After you press Network, click on the message that reads "Network discovery is turned off. Network computers and devices are not visible. Click to change...". Now, click "Turn on network discovery and file sharing"

NOTE: If you do not see this message, this means that your network discovery is already turned on.
