Using tags in Teams

Login as a Channel Owner to perform these functions

Click on the channel you want to manage

Click the 3 dots (ellipsis)

Put in the Email Address

Click Add

Click the Pencil to edit the display name

Click the check mark to save

The Guest will then get an email with Instructions on joining the Team Channel
