Unplug the USB

 

 

Turn off the printer

 

 

plug USB back into the printer

 


 

Turn on the printer.

 


 

test the printer buy doing a fake transaction or assigning a drawer.

 

If that does not work,

 

tilt back the register,

you will see Three USB’s plugged in. one is the keyboard, ones is the barcode scanner and one is the printer.

 

Unplug one, if the lights on the keyboard or scanner goes out, you have the wrong one. plug it back in and find the one that does not turn off the scanner and keyboard

once its unplugged, put it into a different usb port.
