1) Log in to the Neat Pulse admin center and sign in using your Microsoft credentials

2) Click the Classroom B tile in the Devices settings

3) Click the devices tile on the 2 Devices area

4) Click the Remote Control This Device button at the top:

5) It will prompt a user on the other end to enable your remote access. If nobody presses anything on the screen, it will allow you access regardless. Sign in with the following credentials on both screens:

User: [email protected]

Password: goodwill1

6) Use the correct verification method. Both methods are either the help desk number or the WADEAP Program Manager office numbers. When answering the phone, press the # key to accept.

Once you're finished, press the Stop button to stop controlling these screens.
