Filtering Emails with Date Range
print icon

To filter emails in Outlook by a specific date range, you can use Outlook's search bar with a date range Operator,

in the search bar, type received:<start date>..<end date>, replacing <start date> and <end date> with the desired dates in YYYY/MM/DD format.

Be sure to put the colon after RECIEVED.

For example, received:2024/01/01..2024/01/31 would filter emails received between January 1st and 31st, 2024.

You can also use Great Than > or Less Than <

Example Received:<2025/05/01

To delete them you will select the first email with a single click, then you will press and hold the Ctrl Button, while holding the Ctrl button you will then press once on the A. This will highlight all those emails you filtered.

After they are highlighted, you can Press delete on your keyboard.
