Exporting From Power Bi to SageIntact.
First you will need to export your data from Power Bi. Please follow this Solutions GL Export article on how to do that.
Once you have your data downloaded you will proceed to the database.
An Icon for the database will be on your desktop, it will look like this.
Double Click on the Icon, the database will open and look like this
From the Drop Down select the store you are working on
Next enter the date you are working on.
Once you have selected your date.
Click on the button or you can Press and hold the Alt then hit the E. ALT+E
You will then see this box,
If you downloaded a new file from Power B., ie; Different store or date from previous download
After Clicking Yes you will see this box
Yes; will edit the download and remove any unnecessary cells and rows.
If you are still using the Prior Download from Power Bi
After Clicking No you will see this box
Click yes if you want to start a new Store. If you click yes you will have to do a new PowerBi Download.
Click no if you are still working on the same store but need to change the date
Once you are done you will see this popup, it will contain the file name and location of the export.
Just Click OK
