Overhead Paging
 

Dial 297 or press the paging soft key (enter zone below) wait for 2 beeps and then make your announcement

(Page zones are the following)

0 - All

1 - Outlet

2 - Office Area

3 - Cage / Storage Area

4 - Warehouse

Multicast Paging  - All Phones

Press the paging soft key, then press 1(page all) your phone will beep then you can make your announcement.
This will do a brief beep at every phone and then all extensions can hear your announcement through their speaker.
 

Individual Phone Extension Paging

Dial 7+ext

Phone Paging Groups

Dial 298 for Outlet phone paging. This will ring all phones in the outlet

Dial 299 for Office phone paging. This will ring all phones in the office area
