There are two ways you can project your presentation on the Boardroom TV's: through the computer underneath the touch console or from your laptop. This guide will show both ways to do this.

How to Present Using the Computer Underneath the Touch Console

The computer underneath the touch console can be used to present material to in-person and remote participants.

To start your meeting, press the Join Meeting button

Once you are join the meeting, you will be able to share the computer screen with other participants using the Share Button (number 4 in the diagram below)

After pressing the Share Button, you will see the computer screen displayed on the right TV.

Now, you can use the wireless mouse and wireless keyboard to control the computer screen. You can view this article that outlines how to connect both devices to the computer

Once you have access to the computer, you can do the following to project your presentation:

  • connect a thumb drive that has the media you'd like to share to the computer
  • access your Microsoft account using an internet browser. You can save the presentation in your OneDrive and pull it from there.

How to Present Using a Laptop

First, join the meeting through the touch console. Make sure you have your laptop with you as well.

Now, join the Teams meeting on your laptop. Make sure you are also connected to the internet.

Once you join the meeting, mute your microphone and speaker on your laptop. Press the Share button on your laptop screen. This will project what you have on your laptop screen to the right TV. From here, you can control what is on the screen through your laptop.
