How to Reconcile Items in Solutions 5.0

 

 

Reconciling items is a function at a production workstation. 

If anyone has overprinted or printed QR codes/barcodes in error (wrong item, wrong size, wrong price, or printed on the wrong color tag/label) you can extract them from being included in the Production by Employee Report. 

Follow the following steps at the production workstation to  subtract barcodes that should never make it to the sales floor. 

  1. Select the Reconcile icon (top left side of the production screen)

  1. Notice that the blue production screen changes to a pink screen when in the reconcile mode.

  1. Select the employee if it you it doesn't automatically populate
  2. Select the Loc Id if applicable
  3. There are multiple ways of adding items to this screen:
    1. Place your cursor in the the "Scan Here" box 
      1. Scan the barcode (if you don’t have a scan gun, type the Serial Id from the label or tag needing to subtract) 
    2. Manually add items by selecting the category and the items (selecting price point and/or size if applicable)
  4. After each item is added to the screen you will need to repeat selecting “Scan Here” if it doesn’t autofocus back to the scan here box. 

 

  1. Once all items have been scanned/entered select Save
  2. That will clear the screen allowing you to select Production to return back to a blue screen which is the production mode.
