the rest you have to enter information and Click Find and you will see populated results you can select from

Yes in Solutions you will be to ring under both drawers

Drawer /01 - A   will be the Top Drawer

Drawer /02 - B   will be the Bottom Drawer

Store Credit doesn't show updated amount

You can lookup the current amount by using process/Enter Store Credit Number Validate it will show you the balance

Solutions is both Online and Offline. It checks in every few minutes. If your offline it will show in Offline in the middle logo banner

Currently you cant do this in DGR. Login to GDEL RDP and go to End of Day Unlock the day and then reprocess the corrected amounts.

Select Security Icon. Open Drawer. Manager needs to approve and then cashier needs to approve . The current drawer will now open.

Exit Solutions DGR application and restart it. When you send the startup spinning its syncing the updated data.
