Local Devices to RDP Driver

 

Radiant CounterPoint Services - cpql1.l - Station

CounterPoint Offline 

 

SQL Server/ Agent / Service

 

Uninstall 

Epson OPS ADK Version

 

Hardware Installation & Removal

 

Remove the Old Ingenico USB Device and Unplug the USB/Power (Keep)

Install Y Cable (into receipt Printer )and B Cable to Bottom Drawer / Plug in A&B Cable into Y Plug

Install The Zebra Digital Scanner and Once booted up set a Carriage Return (Scan Barcode) Test in Notepad

Reboot the register

 

Software Installation 

 

Install Epson Driver

Run Epson Advanced Printer Driver 4 Package / needs unzipped

APD_407E

Next through then add TIM-TM88IV / USB

Once the process is completed it should have created the printer

Rename it  EPSON TM-T88IV (Receipt)

Driver Epson TM-TM88IV ReceiptE4

Install Solutions

 

Solutions DGR Application Launcher

Once That is completed Install DGR Version 1.44 or other whatever the current revision is

Set Shortcuts in taskbar and Desktop

Set the Settings Up

Product Key

StoreID

Workstation

Receipt Printer

Save and Exit

 

You can now run your Tests

Test - Open Drawer 1/A & Drawer 2/B

Test - Scanning Items

Test - Credit Card showing line items

Run a Credit Card / Once verified do a Return All

Verify Receipt printer has no lines Clean Print Head if there is any lines
