- Open the launcher
- Start Solutions DGR
- Login to Solutions DGR
- Open production screen
- Reset Password first time use and ever 90days
- For continuous print mode, select "Print Labels" or “Print Tags” Will be predefined based on hardlines (continuous) softlines (on-demand)
- Color rotation - color is automatically assigned to the items based on the color rotation schedule for that category (verify it’s the right color of the week and right label stock is loaded.
- Color selection drop down can be used to change the color you are producing, i.e. maybe to prepare for a new store opening. This requires a manager override.
- Process an item
- Note that the categories are blue buttons, and the items are yellow buttons
- Select category, then select the item and select the price point
- Open price point - this button prompts you to enter a price. Usually used to assign a higher price
- Remove line item if not needed or entered by mistake
- If in continuous print mode - Discard/destroy the barcode that printed
- Scroll through line items
- Edit quantities
- Save at end of transaction (i.e. should be done at the end of each tote processing or at the end of a rack)
- Why it's important to save - If you don’t save, the transaction is not complete, and you will NOT get credit for what you have done. It will not show up on reports
- Reconcile items - this is used if a barcode is printed by mistake, and you need to remove it from your production numbers for the day (subtracts from production)
- Scanning barcode or manually entering bar code number
- Manually selecting the item

- Load stock in the printer
- How to open printer
- Pause button how to unpause
- Calibrate printer before unpause (hold down “II” and “X” buttons simultaneously until the printer begins to print
- Unpause after calibration
- Troubleshoot printer problems
- Not printing - nothing comes out of the printer - confirm if printer is online/offline
- Printing blank - check print head for sticker or dust/dirt
