How to Submit A Ticket Through Support Center

As of 2022, Goodwill of DE and DE County is switching their ticket system from Ready Desk to Happy Fox. This guide will explain how to submit a ticket request through the Goodwill of DE and DE County's HappyFox support center.


 

1. Go to Goodwill of DE's dedicated HappyFox website: Home - Goodwill Delaware Help Desk (happyfox.com). On the top-right, click whichever ticket you'll be submitting (IT or Marketing)

 

 

 

 

2. Create your ticket using the drop down and text fields displayed on the screen. Once you’re finished creating your ticket, click the reCAPTCHA  box and press .
