This guide will explain how to troubleshoot the internet at the Newtown Square ADC
1. Resetting the Modem
The Comcast internet modem sits behind the computer monitor:
Reach behind the Comcast modem, and pull out the black power cable at the very bottom of the modem. Once you pull out the power cable, wait 15 seconds and plug it back in.
If this does not resolve the issue, move on to step 2
2. Resetting the Firewall (Sonic Wall)
The Firewall (Sonic Wall) rests behind the computer monitor, on top of the PC, next to the internet modem:
Reach behind the Firewall and pull out the black power cable located on the bottom right of the Firewall. Wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
