Kyocera TASKalfa 6054ci Quick User Guide

 

This document provides a Quick Guide for the use of the KyoceraTASKalfa 6054ci Multifunction device.

 

 

 

Home Screen

 

Press the home button to access the Home Screen

 

Copy Functions

 

1: Press the Home Screen

2: Press [Copy]

 

 

 

3: Select the correct function you would like for your job. You can select which option of settings you would like by pressing the tabs on the left.

 

4: Enter the Copy Quantity

 

 

5: Press the Start Key

 

 

 

Send / Scan Functions

 

The ‘Send’ function includes Scanning, Email, and Fax functions

 

1: Press the [Home] key

 

 

2: Press the [Send] key

3: Add paper to either the scan tray or open the lid and place paper face down (either option will work)

4: *Enter your email address

5: Select functions:

 

 

6: Press the [Start] Key

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

*There are ‘One Touch Key’ buttons set up on the device that are customized for the location

 

1: Select the One-Touch Key option

 

 

2: Select your name and press [Start] when you are ready to scan
