if you are having trouble getting into your email or accessing your user home drive files you will have to sign into your one drive.

 this is what an email error looks like.

Your user home drive files will have a circle with a slash through it.

SIGNING INTO ONE DRIVE

To sign into one drive, follow the steps below.

look at the bottom right of your screen, where the time is, you will see an icon that looks like this ^.  click on it and you will see more icons like this.

within that box, you will see an icon that looks like a cloud .  Click on the cloud, You will see a sign-in button.  

Click the sign-in button to sign-in using your goodwill email address and your password.
